UND Theatre closes the 24-25 season with Unrehearsed Shakespeare. Come see a different Shakespeare production each evening.
Returning by popular demand, come join UND Theatre for 3 Shakespearean shows in 3 nights: Taming of the Shrew, Macbeth, and Twelfth Night - completely unrehearsed! Unrehearsed Shakespeare is dynamic performance technique invented and spearheaded by guest director Bill Kincaid. Armed with scrolls and text analysis of their own roles, cast members walk into each show completely unaware of who is playing who. And from there, let the games begin! Kincaid’s technique layered into Shakespearean text informs actors where to go and what to do, and often encourages light audience participation. Whether you come for your favorite or check out all 3, rest assured each performance offers something that’s never been done before.
Our students, faculty and staff are dedicated to bringing you superb entertainment and an engaging night of theatre.
